• End-to-end processing of payroll on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation and HMRC regulations.
• Managing starters, leavers, statutory payments and pension contributions.
• Processing benefits, deductions and salary adjustments accurately.
• Reconciling payroll reports and resolving any discrepancies.
• Acting as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries.
• Supporting year-end processes including P60s and reporting requirements.
• Assisting with continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
