A leading home care provider is looking for a Payroll Administrator in Greater London. The successful candidate will ensure payroll accuracy by reviewing timesheets and entering data into the systems. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, along with general office administration. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft 365. This role offers a salary of £24,000, 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a chance to grow within an expanding organization.
Care Outlook is a growing organisation generating annual revenue of £14m and we are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to our team.
This role supports both payroll and branch administration. You will work with staff timesheets and provide general office and recruitment admin support to help keep the branch compliant and running smoothly.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will collect and review timesheets, enter data accurately, and address basic pay queries. You will also assist with tasks such as DBS submissions and onboarding paperwork for new starters.
