Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic and fast‑paced team in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with basic payroll knowledge looking to grow within a large organization offering excellent opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input data, including starters, leavers, changes of details, attachment of earnings, and timesheets.
  • Maintain a daily checking folder with all documentation to allow for easy review of your work.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage filing, review incoming mail, and take appropriate action when required.
  • Address general payroll inquiries via phone, email, Jira, and/or letter in a professional and timely manner.
  • Accurately input variable payroll data in accordance with the monthly payroll timetable.
