A leading cancer care center in the UK is seeking a proactive individual for a role in patient administration. Responsibilities include scheduling chemotherapy appointments, liaising with patients and clinicians, and managing administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have strong administration skills and experience in NHS environments. Monday - Friday shifts between 8am & 6pm (working alternate shift pattern, week 1 0800-1600, week 2 1000-1800) including some weekend & bank holidays
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Paddington/Liverpool for a motivated and proactive individual to become part of a busy and friendly appointment team. The role can often be varied and complex but with a high level of job satisfaction. Although the base location is Paddington the role also includes working in Liverpool on a rota basis.
The role requires the candidate to be a good team player as the successful candidate will be joining a large administration and clerical group with good peer group support. The role will also offer the candidate opportunities to learn new skills within Network Services Division and variety in their day to day activities.
The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring patients are communicated with in a timely manner. Excellent administration skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience of working with patient records and using multiple hospital databases and software is advantageous.
