Endoscopy is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated person to join us to support the scheduling team in the delivery of key services and cancer targets.
As a service, it is vitally important that we provide a high quality service to patients, therefore if you are interested in joining a highly motivated team – it would be great to hear from you.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all protocols are adhered to and undertake appropriate action in necessary adhering to RTT rules.
The post holder will plan, prioritise and organise Endoscopy lists, taking into account such matters as pre-assessment, availability of equipment, clinicians, case mixes, etc. You must possess the ability to adjust accordingly in line with any changes, and to manage your own workload to defined departmental policies and procedures.
Each scheduler deals with a large volume of patient queries and Endoscopy lists, making the appropriate allocation of patients within defined timescales.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
