The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our restaurant, café, and events.
  • Develop innovative dessert menus using seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Ensure consistency in presentation, taste, and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry station in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to align pastry offerings with the overall menu.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
  • Contribute ideas for specials, events, and seasonal offerings.
