At Havering Sixth Form, we are committed to helping every student reach their full potential and flourish both academically and personally. We are now looking for a permanent Pastoral Tutor to join our team and play a central role in guiding and supporting our learners throughout their journey with us. In this position, you will provide weekly group tutorials and one-to-one sessions that encourage students to set goals, overcome challenges, and stay focused on their studies. You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to monitor attendance, identify students who may be at risk, and ensure they receive the right interventions. Beyond academic progress, you will contribute to enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and help to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects the values of Havering Sixth Form.
