It is a music school, educating choristers for Bristol Cathedral for the past 880 years and offers an enhanced and rich musical experience for all. The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our excellent and committed pastoral team at the beginning of a period of significant change at the school – moving the school from delivering good educational provision to something that is genuinely world class. This permanent role is for 4 days per week and will start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a confident, calm and skilled individual to play a key role in supporting students, predominantly within our Year 10 team. The successful candidate will have a good standard of practical knowledge and skills in supporting young people, building relationships with parents and a range of professionals, learning support techniques and database / administrative skills.

About You

This role requires someone who has a positive disposition, attention to detail, a rule follower and a team player. You will likely be someone with the ability to build a good relationship with students while commanding respect. You will be confident in communicating with all stakeholders including students, teachers, parents and external agencies, and will have a passion for improving student experiences and opportunities.
