Overview

As a Pastoral Leader, you will work closely with the Behaviour for Learning Manager and the wider Pastoral Team to provide high-quality behaviour and pastoral support across the college. You will be a visible and approachable presence around the school, fostering positive relationships, promoting high standards, and ensuring that every student receives the care and guidance they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day pastoral care and behaviour support to students
  • Maintain a strong presence around the school, supporting both students and staff
  • Assist in the coordination of interventions for students requiring additional support
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents/carers and external agencies
  • Manage and organise student information and behavioural records efficiently
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment
