A family-run business in the UK is seeking a Parts Supervisor to oversee the parts department and ensure optimal stock levels. The role involves managing parts enquiries, coordinating with various departments, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have experience in the automotive parts/service industry, a full UK driving licence, and strong IT skills. This position offers a competitive salary starting at £32,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including holidays and a pension scheme.
As the successful Parts Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department and workshop. You will be reporting to the Parts Manager as well as managing stock levels, coordinate parts purchases, and liaise with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
As a Parts Supervisor, you will be a team player who values collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience within the Automotive parts/service industry, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for IT systems, we want to hear from you! You should be capable of managing a busy, multi-franchise parts department, possess an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills, and be comfortable with IT operating systems. You should be adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and ideally, have experience within the Automotive parts/service industry. A full UK driving licence is required, and a forklift truck licence is an advantage.
