To Be Successful You Will

• Have parts supervisor or management experience.
• Be extremely organised and be able to undertake various administrative duties.
• Have a proven track record of being able to lead a team under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.
• Be able to align your teams goals with the company’s overall objectives.
• Be able to manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Be IT literate (knowledge of Keyloop would be an advantage).
• Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.
• Be able to operate effectively as part of the wider Park’s management team.
• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• A full clean driving licence is also desirable.
