Overview

In this role you will be supporting the Workshop Manager in the running of the internal parts department, based within the workshop. This includes effectively maintaining accurate parts stock levels which allows our technicians to be productive and efficient. You will be liaising with external suppliers and managing those relationships moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate parts stock levels to support technicians.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and coordinate parts ordering.
• Assist in running the internal parts department in coordination with the Workshop Manager.
• Participate in all parts of the business and provide a hands‑on, can‑do approach to support colleagues.

Qualifications

• Fast‑paced, customer‑focused background, preferably from an automotive parts environment such as dealership, accident repair, or workshop.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control; responsible for the workshop budget.
• Competent administrator with excellent organisational skills, accurate data input and IT literacy.
