Parts Advisor – Horsham

We're recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established operation in Horsham, offering a stable, weekday-only role with genuine development opportunities. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting customers and internal teams by ensuring the right parts are supplied efficiently.

  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, offering advice and processing orders by phone, email, or face‑to‑face.
  • Accurately identify and catalogue components using EPC systems and technical manuals.
  • Manage stock levels, complete stocktakes, and ensure availability of fast‑moving machinery parts.
  • Sourcing components from manufacturers and suppliers, negotiating for cost‑effective purchasing.
  • Receive deliveries, check for discrepancies, and organise outbound dispatch.
  • Support engineers and service teams to keep jobs running on schedule within a plant hire environment.
  • Handle invoices, returns, warranty claims, and maintain accurate system records.
  • Keep the parts counter and display areas clean, organised, and sales‑focused.
