Our vision has been consistent and clear: great healthcare for everyone. Do you share our vision and want to be part of shaping the future of healthcare?

About the job

This role supports the Head of Strategic Partnerships in the day-to-day management and performance of Livi’s key partnerships across clinical services and supplier networks. The role focuses on operational delivery, relationship management, and performance monitoring to ensure partner services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.

Acting as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, the role works closely with internal operational, clinical governance, product and service delivery teams to resolve issues, support governance processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across patient pathways and customer journeys.

Initially, the role will focus on digital partnerships, including private insurance partners and specialist lifestyle partners, supporting pathways such as pharmacy, diagnostics and specialist referrals. As the partnership portfolio evolves, responsibilities may adapt in line with business needs.

What You Will Do

Partnership Management & Relationship Building

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners, including digital health, private insurance and specialist lifestyle health partners
  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with partner stakeholders to support smooth service delivery
  • Coordinate regular partner meetings, including preparation of agendas, performance materials and follow-up actions
  • Support governance and performance review meetings, including contributing data, insights and updates for external and internal audiences

Operational Delivery & Performance

  • Support delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, OKRs and contractual commitments
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, identify trends or issue, and elevate risks or concerns appropriately
  • Work closely with internal operational teams to help resolve day-to-day issues and support service continuity
  • Use data and reporting tools to support issue tracking, performance monitoring and opportunity identification

Pathway & Efficiency Optimisation

  • Review patient journeys and operational processes to identify friction points or inefficiencies
  • Support improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience, service quality and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to the optimisation of clinical and non-clinical pathways across pharmacy, diagnostics, specialist referrals and digital services
  • Assist with internal and external projects related to service improvement, cost control and performance optimisation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams including operations, clinical governance, product, performance and service delivery
  • Ensure partner requirements and issues are clearly communicated internally and followed up appropriately
  • Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships with preparation of materials for business cases, reporting and planning activities
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to support partner communications, education initiatives and insight sharing

Reporting & Governance

  • Produce accurate, timely and data-informed reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support compliance with contractual, clinical and operational governance requirements
  • Maintain clear records including meeting notes, action logs, escalation tracking and documentation
Who You Are

Essential

  • Experience in partnership, account management, or customer management roles
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs and performance data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence contributing to meetings and presenting information clearly
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset, with an interest in continuous improvement

Desirable

  • Experience working in digital health, healthcare or health services
  • Exposure to pathway improvement, service design or operational efficiency initiatives
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
We Offer You
