A leading digital healthcare provider in London is seeking a Partnership Manager to support key partnerships in clinical services. The role will involve managing daily operations, enhancing service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams for performance monitoring. This role supports the Head of Strategic Partnerships in the day-to-day management and performance of Livi’s key partnerships across clinical services and supplier networks. The role focuses on operational delivery, relationship management, and performance monitoring to ensure partner services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
Acting as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, the role works closely with internal operational, clinical governance, product and service delivery teams to resolve issues, support governance processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across patient pathways and customer journeys.
Initially, the role will focus on digital partnerships, including private insurance partners and specialist lifestyle partners, supporting pathways such as pharmacy, diagnostics and specialist referrals. As the partnership portfolio evolves, responsibilities may adapt in line with business needs.
