ROLE OVERVIEW
The Partnerships Executive plays a vital supporting role within 54’s Partnerships & Activation team, helping to deliver world‑class sponsorship programmes for leading brands and rights holders. The role focuses on three key areas:
- Activation planning and delivery – including guest programmes, VIP experiences, digital content, campaigns, and physical activations
- Contractual rights delivery and tracking – ensuring every partner benefit is fulfilled, recorded, and reported
- Relationship management – supporting strong, professional partnerships with clients, rights holders, and suppliers

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Activation Planning & Delivery
- Support the creation, planning, and execution of activation programmes across digital, live event, and experiential activations
- Coordinate logistics for guest programmes, hospitality and VIP experiences at domestic and international events
- Assist in the production of digital and social content campaigns aligned with partner objectives and brand guidelines
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth activation delivery
- Provide on‑site support at events, including guest servicing, branding delivery, and operational coordination
Contractual Rights Delivery & Tracking
- Maintain and update rights management trackers across partner accounts
- Ensure all contractual rights and deliverables are delivered accurately and on time
- Coordinate internal and external approvals for creative assets and activations
- Support the preparation of performance reports and campaign evaluations
Relationship Management
- Act as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients and rights holders
- Support senior team members in maintaining strong relationships with partnersHelp prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and review sessions
- Champion the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Measurement & Insight
- Track and report on activation performance, including engagement metrics, media value, and guest feedback
- Contribute insights and ideas to enhance partnership value and future planning
SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED
- 1–3 years’ experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, events, or brand partnerships (agency or rights‑holder side)
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence engaging clients and suppliers
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM or project‑tracking tools advantageous
- A passion for sport and an understanding of sponsorship’s role in marketing and fan engagement Personal Attributes
