Join Our Dynamic Team as a Partnerships Executive!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Executive to join us! This role will be working closely with one of our longest standing cricket clients, to help manage their existing portfolio of partners.

What you'll be getting up to:
  • Collaborating with our clients' key commercial partners to deliver innovative and effective partnerships.
  • Working alongside Partnership Managers, partners and their agencies to set partnership objectives and KPIs, develop and implement annual activation plans, which are all measured accurately via an agreed framework
  • Coordinating with our clients Marketing, Digital, Events, and Communications teams to support partner campaigns, ensuring alignment with departmental strategies, partner objectives, and engagement with target audiences.
  • Overseeing player content and appearances to achieve both partner and client objectives.
  • Attending matches throughout the summer as part of the event delivery team and hosting partners
  • Managing partner servicing budgets.
  • Supporting on the development and delivery of objective‑led partner evaluation presentations.
Requirements:
  • You are dedicated to providing outstanding client service to partners and have experience in executing high profile partnerships.
  • You have 1-2 years' experience in a client facing role, ideally working on major partnerships and activating, and you possess an understanding of core marketing principles, digital and fan engagement which in turn deliver against collaboratively set partner objectives
  • You exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering excellent relationships at day to day levels within stakeholder organisations.
  • You are highly organised, flexible and pay great attention to detail.
  • Project, planning, time management and multi‑tasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • You excel at collaborating with various stakeholders across the business, both internally and externally.
