About the role

This role sits within the Partnership Marketing Team, closely working with the Shopper Marketing team. It has high visibility and distinct areas of ownership, where you can showcase influencing and project‑management skills. You will activate Nutrition partnerships across 360 marketing with a digital‑first approach and lead physical partnerships in in‑store environments, traditionally clothing first, to introduce nutrition for a complete offering.

Responsibilities
  • Brief and optimise design strategies for partnership products in collaboration with Brand, NPD, Partnerships and Creative Teams.
  • Act as lead marketing point of contact for selected licensees and licensors, managing year‑round activations.
  • Launch new partnerships globally, including both licensing in and out.
  • Optimise marketing plans across Myprotein channels, identify new opportunities to reach audiences and hit financial targets.
  • Lead trade‑show activations throughout the year, scaling concepts to fit different environments.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams to improve customer experience, focusing on shopper marketing, brand, clothing and packaging.
  • Work with packaging and clothing teams to create in‑store retail offering that is fit for purpose.
  • Align brand look with shopper marketing managers across all in‑real‑life moments.
  • Create and deliver sell‑ins to new partner retailers.
  • Liaise with suppliers and agencies to create in‑store activations.
  • Manage in‑store accounts including high‑street clothing retailers, gym expansion projects and branded locations such as shop‑in‑shop experiences and the Myprotein kitchen.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Preferred at least 3 years in brand or product‑led marketing.
  • Experience managing real‑life activations with practical, creative outcomes.
  • Experience in apparel is preferred but not essential.
  • Creativity and innovation – a keen visual eye and the ability to spot opportunities in novel ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience, coordinating and communicating vision to teams and partners.
  • Interpersonal skills – empathy, ability to influence people at all levels.
  • Drive for results – accountable success and measurable outcomes.
  • Project management – ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Requirements
  • Interest and knowledge of sports, health and wellbeing markets.
  • Keen interest in sustainability with relevant experience.
  • Relationship‑management experience.
  • Experience in FMCG or CPG.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools (PPC, email, social, SEO, PR) and data and insights.
  • Additional FMCG experience.
