What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and manage the Commercial Property team in Bury St Edmunds
  • Handle complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters and property finance
  • Advise on landlord and tenant issues, development sites and investment portfolios
  • Provide corporate support on property-related matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
  • Collaborate with agents, surveyors, accountants and other professionals
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Contribute to business development and the strategic growth of the team
About you
  • Proven experience managing a varied caseload and leading client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, approachable style
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
  • Ready to take on a Partner role or progress toward Partnership
