The The Commercial Partnerships team drives growth by owning the commercial performance of our partners and running the day‑to‑day partner relationship and governance. We collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk and Operations to hit revenue targets and ensure operational excellence.
The role A s Partner Growth Manager, you will support the commercial outcomes for a portfolio of partners across UKI & Europe. You’ll help manage the operating rhythm with partners (MBRs/QBRs), contribute to data-driven initiatives that unlock growth, and work with cross-functional teams to improve KPIs, optimise performance, and deliver an excellent partner and SMB experience.
