What you'll be doing

The Partnerships team manages the commercial and legal relationships with our general insurance partners across Motor and Van insurance.

We're seeking a Partner Development Manager to lead and expand our insurance partner relationships, focusing on our Motoring and Van sectors. This high-impact role involves delivering commercial income and performance targets aligned with our business strategy. You will report to our Head of Motoring Partnerships.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • Experience managing strategic relationships with industry leaders such as Admiral, Aviva, Churchill, LV, and Tesco.
  • Proven success in managing partnerships and growing revenues.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a broad understanding of complex commercial models.
  • Experience identifying and delivering new market opportunities.
  • Ability to develop, negotiate, and maintain commercial contracts.
  • Previous experience in account or relationship management roles.

The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £40,000.

This is a Hybrid role based in our Cardiff Office, working three days in the office and two remotely.
