TSR Legal are proud to be working on behalf of a well-respected top-tier Legal 100 Law firm who are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their award-winning department and lead the Clinical Negligence team. The firm is looking to grow its South Wales offering and expand its existing team with a dynamic Solicitor who will be encouraged to engage in marketing and business development and expand, lead and develop the Clinical Negligence function.

As a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be joining a highly ranked firm in the Legal 500 regarded as one of the leading firms within the Personal Injury sector. The team covers a wide range of matters, and you can expect to handle cases involving:

• Birth & Head Injuries
• Pediatric & Orthopeadic Negligence
• Cancer Misdiagnosis
• Cerebral Palsy Matters
• Inquest Representation
• Dental Negligence, etc.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own files as well as contributing to the growth of the department as a whole. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of clients locally and nationwide.
