Key Responsibilities

• Support young people aged 16‑25 in a scheme‑based setting with 10 self‑contained flats and a crash pad.
• Develop and deliver life‑skills training to aid transition to independent living.
• Provide one‑to‑one support, monitoring progress and raising concerns with the team.
• Maintain high standards of safety, protection and wellbeing in line with Ofsted requirements.
• Engage with external agencies and the wider community to promote opportunities for mentees.
