Job description

An effective telesales / telemarketer must be an excellent communicator and have great people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone. The ideal Part Time Telesales Agent will have previous sales experience in a B2B or a retention sales environment.

Hours: Flexible hours 20-30 hours a week. 3 days or part time over 5 days.

Salary: Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour

Key responsibilities
  • Outbound calling and relationship development, following up on warm sales leads.
  • Initiating contact, talking through the options of the service and either signing them up or appointment making for the sales manager.
  • Be responsible for telephone activity to engage customers.
  • CRM management and data entry skills.
  • To increase existing clients usage of products & services.
