Job description
Easipetcare Chatham - Where your skills and wellbeing truly matter

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our supportive team at Easipetcare Chatham on a part‑time basis (20 hours per week). This is the perfect opportunity for an RVN seeking flexibility, a positive working culture, and the chance to make a real impact within a close‑knit clinical team.

Why join us

Our practice is warm, welcoming and well established, with a loyal client base and a team that genuinely cares. Conveniently located just off the M20 and commutable from London, our deceptively spacious surgery offers:

  • Four consult rooms
  • Separate canine and feline wards
  • Dedicated X‑ray and ultrasound suite
  • A large modern theatre and prep room
  • A supportive environment committed to quality patient care

You’ll be joining a friendly team of 3 Vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN and a fantastic reception crew. Our clinically trained practice principal has over 15 years of small animal experience and is dedicated to helping every team member thrive.

Working hours / rota

The role is 20 hours per week, with flexibility in how these hours are structured. You will enjoy a varied mix of nursing consults, inpatient care, theatre work, client communication, and supporting the wider clinical team. There is a 1 in 3 Saturday‑morning commitment, shared across the team, and no out‑of‑hours work – when you’re off, you’re truly off.

Whether you’re returning to practice, seeking a better work‑life balance, or prefer a part‑time schedule, we are happy to work with you to create a rota that fits your lifestyle.
