Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support customers to maximize independence and potential.
• Assess needs and maintain accurate support plans.
• Handle customer inquiries as a first point of contact.
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure dignity and choice.
• Liaise with external services to enhance customer wellbeing.

Skills

Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
