SALARY: £30,000 per annum pro rata

HOURS: 25 - 30 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support our Directors and senior team in Portishead. This pivotal role ensures smooth office operations and provides high-level administrative support across departments.

To include the following duties: Office Manager / PA / HR Admin

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Director diaries, meetings, travel, and expenses
  • Organise virtual/in-person meetings and prepare materials
  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and reception areas
  • Maintain filing systems and support document production
  • Assist with HR tasks, onboarding, and compliance (e.g., SMAS, CQMS)
  • Draft reports, proofread documents, and take meeting minutes
  • Handle calls, emails, and visitor hosting
  • Support internal events and provide PA cover as needed
  • Use Planning Portal as required
