Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and document or redirect accordingly.
  • Book, amend, and cancel patient appointments.
  • Handle patient queries, including contacting hospitals for reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness of clinical rooms and reception areas.
  • Stay updated with mandatory trainings.
  • Monitor and check practice emails regularly.
