Overview

Husk & Honey is a small, independent business looking for an experienced, motivated all‑rounder who can jump in ASAP with minimal training. The role focuses on growing wholesale turnover by developing and managing wholesale customer accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Shopify admin and website management
  • Strategic CRM and sales/customer accounts management
  • Basic design work using Canva where needed
  • Social media management (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Occasional invoicing tasks in Xero
  • Email management and general admin support
  • Supporting the business across multiple areas as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Shopify
  • Strong experience in CRM, sales and managing and growing a customer base
  • Comfortable managing emails and admin in Outlook
  • Confident Windows user (essential – all computers are Windows daily)
  • Confident using Canva
  • InDesign experience is a bonus
  • Experience with Xero
