Permanent, Part time (3 days/week)

Salary: Up to £100k per annum (full-time equivalent) + Profit Share + Benefits

About the Role

My client is looking to appoint an HR Director as co-leader working 3 days/week on a job-share basis in central Manchester. This is a strategic position within a global organisation. The role offers an opportunity to build on strong foundations and add a strategic dimension to the people agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and shaping the full people agenda, including attraction, skills development, and career progression.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives and frameworks to drive talent management and workforce planning.
  • Use of data and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
  • Acting as a coach and trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Qualifications

My client is ideally looking for a Chartered Member of CIPD (or equivalent) with proven experience in an HR Director or Head of HR role, operating at a senior, strategic level and within a professional services environment.

In addition, strong communication skills are key with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and a track record of delivering initiatives that create positive commercial impact.

Sound generalist HR experience is key including workforce planning and talent management, with a data driven approach.

Some international/global experience is highly advantageous.
