Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 or working towards it.

• Experience in leading complex HR/ER meetings.
• Skilled in policy development and organisational change.

• Provide high-level HR consultancy to clients.
• Conduct HR audits and needs assessments.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support clients with strategic workforce planning.
• Deliver training and workshops on HR topics.
