About Our Client

PageGroup are delighted to partner with a leading Coventry based organisation, with various sites around the Midlands and South, to appoint for a Part Time HR Business Partner to join a busy HR function and partner with Leadership across a number of sites in the Midlands and the South region.

This role is part time, circa 30 hours per week.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 1 day per week from home, the rest of the time will be spend in Coventry and other sites in the Midlands/South region, travel required business needed dependent

Job Description

The role of Part Time HR Business Partner will be part of a busy HR team, working with management and leadership at a number of sites, supporting with a range of generalist people matters such as:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to managers and senior leaders.
  • Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Support recruitment processes, from job design to on-boarding.
  • Ensure HR Policies and Procedures are communicated effectively
  • Work proactively to up-skill line manager to deal with people matters effectively
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time HR Business Partner should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role - you may already be a Business Partner looking for a new challenge, alternatively, you may currently be a HR Advisor or Senior Advisor looking for your first Business Partner role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to different sites business needed dependent
