A leading healthcare service provider is seeking a part-time Hearing Wellness Advisor in Glasgow. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, performing hearing screenings and supporting audiologists. Qualifications

  • Strong customer service background, preferably in healthcare or retail.
  • Confidence working with customers in a consultative environment.
  • Genuine interest in hearing health and progression into audiology.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome.
  • Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
  • Support hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
  • Discuss hearing health and ear care products confidently.
  • Manage administration and customer records accurately.
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric service.
