Overview

Part Time Fitness Consultant. Starting salary between £24,414 and £28,152 (pro rata) per annum. 18.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis. Based at Alive Lynnsport, Kings Lynn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised health and fitness advice, motivating group exercise classes and exceptional service across our leisure centres.
• Be at the heart of our mission to inspire healthier lifestyles, build lasting member relationships, and drive sales through engaging outreach and proactive support.
• Lead classes, conduct wellness consultations, and promote memberships.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Gym Instructor
• RSA Exercise to Music qualification (or willingness to gain)
• Good knowledge of exercise physiology and human behaviour psychology
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
