An SME in the construction sector located in Huddersfield is seeking a finance professional to manage bank accounts, maintain cash flow forecasts, and prepare quarterly management accounts. This part-time position (3 days per week) offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and contribute significantly to the firm’s financial operations. Candidates should have experience working with Sage 50 and be proficient in handling intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts for a small group of companies.
• Maintain daily cash flow forecast.
• Handle intercompany and credit control.
• Prepare daily and rolling forecasts.
• Compile quarterly management accounts.
• Assist with year-end accounts to trial balance.

Job description

3 day per week opportunity with an SME in Huddersfield operating in the construction sector, the company uses Sage 50.
