A community support organization in Northern Ireland is seeking a Part Time Enabling Support Worker to provide support and encouragement to individuals in need. The successful candidate will work shifts on a rota basis and must maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. This role requires a caring mindset and the ability to administer personal care when necessary. Additional benefits include bonuses, annual leave, and a supportive work environment.
Location: North Down and Ards, Northern Ireland
Salary: £12.65 per hour

Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will work shifts of 16:00 - 20:00, or 17:00 - 21:00, on a rota basis.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
