Description
  • Manage and maintain the credit control process to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address payment queries.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and statements.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
  • Generate reports on outstanding debts and payment statuses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
