Position

Equans is looking for a Part-time Afternoon Cleaner in High Wycombe Magistrates & County Court, HP11 1LR. The role will involve work 11.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 16:00 - 18:15, with a pay rate of £12.21 per hour (estimated £28,885 per year). This is an employee paid permanent part‑time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety.
• Act in a professional manner with all members of staff and the general public.
• Support a customer‑focused environment by providing high‑quality cleaning service.

Requirements

• Employment History: last 3 years; gaps require HMRC statements.
• Right to Work in the UK: citizenship or valid share code.
• Unspent Criminal Record disclosure.
• Significant periods abroad: any periods of 6+ months in the last 3 years.
• Current DBS (ideally no older than 12 months).
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting. Candidates must undergo BPSS level vetting (baseline personnel security standard) and DBS clearance.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK.
• Not eligible for relocation package; no agency involvement.
