Job description

Part Time Chef Job, Oxshott, Surrey

A client from Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a chef on a part time basis in Oxshott Surrey.

They would ideally like the Chef to cook on three days a week, Fridays, and are flexible on the two other days with one weekend day twice a month.

The family consist of six members, and they have a live in Nanny who will also eats with the family. One of the family members has a few dietary requirements, gluten free, dairy free and lean meats. This member will also require a packed lunch for the following day.

The family love a wide variety of cuisines. Particularly pan Asian and a few family members love shellfish. A usual day would be cooking light lunch, dinner and a packed lunch for the next day. Any spare time to fridge or freezer fill.

The ideal candidate will take care of the pantry and stock rotation, making sure the kitchen is organised and labelled. Have the required health/ hygiene and food safety certificates and be able to serve and clear from the table.

This would ideally suit a self-employed candidate, that drives so they are able to provision for the household.

Salary £300 to £350 per day

An Enhanced DBS will be essential for the role.
