Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of paid experience in a front-line social care role within the last 3 years.
• Current valid right to work in the UK.
• A fully enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of clients and help them find accommodation.
• Provide one-to-one guidance and support to homeless clients.
• Report to the Charity Director and work collaboratively with the team.
• Liaise with external agencies on clients' behalf.
• Keep accurate electronic and written records of interactions.
