Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of building maintenance work in rural environments.
• Post qualification knowledge of contract management and administration.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property condition surveys to shape priority work programmes.
• Advise on procurement and contracts, including JCT and NEC.
• Support capital building projects and renewable energy initiatives.

Skills

Chartered member of RICS (or equivalent)

Strong post-qualification experience in building maintenance

Knowledge of project management principles
