Job summary

A customer service recruitment agency is seeking a part-time German and/or Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor in Cambridge. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, managing bookings, and addressing customer issues. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries primarily via email and phone as needed.
  • Amend bookings and manage/address special requests.
  • Pro-actively deal with customer issues and complaints.

Skills

Fluent German and/or Dutch speaker (both written and spoken)
Demonstrable experience in Customer Service/Administrative roles
Well-organised with the ability to prioritise workload
Great customer-focused manner
Strong attention to detail
Good problem-solving skills
Good IT skills with competency in MS Office
