• Fully trained to Barista standard with full understanding of brand standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work on own initiative.
• A flexible, positive approach to varied tasks and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve food and drinks to brand and safety standards.
• Operate tills, handle cash, and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance in all areas (equipment, dining area, kitchen).
• Support stock control, deliveries, and stock rotation.
• Carry out daily cleaning tasks and health & safety checks.
• Work flexibly across Barista and Food Service Assistant duties.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and management.
