Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-time Sales Administrator to join a small but well established company in Guildford. This is working circa 20 hours a week, over 4 or 5 days, with flexibility as to the exact hours / days worked. Please note that the salary for this role is 15,000 - 16,500. The exact salary will depend on the working hours agreed and the salary offered dependent on experience.

The focus of the role is to provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities will include:

  • Process new client agreement requests
  • Respond to prospect and customer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Coordinate arrangements for exhibitions, conferences, meetings and training events
  • Send out marketing materials in preparation for upcoming events
  • Prepare meeting / events agendas and compile information for the Sales team as required
  • Prepare invoices, presentations and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare and send courier packages
  • Maintain inventory of office and marketing supplies
  • Keep customer information up to date on CRM system

We are looking for a strong Administrator with excellent communication skills and good IT literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
