This part-qualified role involves managing financial processes for the Tenanted Division and Property Accounting, offering significant responsibility and skill development. Responsibilities include handling month-end processes, balance sheets, and key financial reporting. Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a finance department.
  • Active study towards qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
  • Confident and proactive approach to complex work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end process for the Tenanted division and prepare results for leadership.
  • Oversee Tenanted and Property balance sheets.
  • Report on sales, margin, stock, and key metrics weekly.

Skills

Solid understanding of double-entry accounting
Strong Excel skills
Experience presenting financial information
Attention to detail

Education

Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW)
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar
