Overview

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established Financial Advisory firm in Wiltshire to join the team on a permanent basis. The firm is forward‑thinking, multi‑award winning and invests in the development and progression of its staff with extensive training and courses.

This role is key to supporting the technical team in providing financial advice to a wide range of clients, ensuring all duties are carried out effectively and in line with firm standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support consultants ahead of their client meetings.
  • Prepare compliant, technical suitability reports and ‘Financial Life Plan’ reports detailing the consultant’s recommendations for the client.
  • Conduct client annual reviews.
  • Carry out technical research and analyse data collected on behalf of clients.
  • Accurately invest client money as per consultants’ recommendations after client meetings.
  • Liaise with clients post‑meetings, answering technical queries.
  • Proactively identify investment/tax‑saving opportunities for clients.
  • Manage and prioritise your work.
  • Evaluate investment portfolios with consultants.
  • Liaise and work closely with the Service Team.
Qualifications
  • Level 4 Diploma as a minimum, with experience post‑qualification.
  • Experience in a paraplanner role for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Great technical ability, dealing with a range of clients.
  • Strong knowledge of IT, MS Word & Excel and back‑office system experience.
