Triage Paramedic - Remote

Package Details: £38,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below)

Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (5 Days Per Week - Flexible Working Hours)

Location: Hybrid working 2 days on site in Portsmouth rest of the week working from home

Remit

OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Paramedic. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Paramedic to join a forward-thinking and innovative team. You will manage the triage of new patient cases from across the globe and arrange in-patient admissions for repatriated patients, whether travelling via medically escorted commercial flight or air ambulance. You will also support coordination between overseas medical teams and the receiving facilities.

Role Responsibilities

You will undertake a range of services which include the following:

  • Respond promptly to calls, providing consultation to clients and colleagues in line with triage priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, hospitals, and medical professionals worldwide to ensure appropriate and timely treatment.
  • Produce accurate, focused clinical reviews and reports.
  • Handle all communications confidentially and with empathy.
  • Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered Paramedic qualification. (Must have valid HCPC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
  • Minimum of 5 years post registration experience
  • Able to work as an independent & autonomous Nurse
  • A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
  • A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges
