Job description

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a talented Paralegal to join our award winning Clinical Negligence team in Cardiff.

Dealing with a variety of complex cases that stem from misdiagnoses or failure to diagnose such as spinal injury, brain injury, along with surgical errors and incorrect treatment, our team is highly ranked within Chambers and the Legal 500, whilst also winning individual awards for their work on high profile cases.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Providing support to fee earners with complex Clinical Negligence matters such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, and misdiagnosis.
• Managing disclosure, instructions and funding details.

Working Conditions

• Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office (must live at a reasonable distance to commute to the office)
• 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
• 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays
• Buy and sell annual leave up to 5 days
