Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established law firms Dispute Resolution team. Working closely with a Senior Solicitor, you’ll play a key role in supporting a varied caseload across litigation and dispute matters.

The Role

You’ll assist with case preparation, client liaison, drafting legal documents, and managing files from instruction through to resolution. The role involves attending clients, Counsel and third parties, preparing Court Bundles, undertaking legal research, and ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Dispute Resolution or Litigation department
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under supervision or on your own initiative
