Panel Wirer - Controls & Automation Team - Crewe (near Woore)

Employer: Leading manufacturer of engineered products and systems.

We are looking for a skilled Panel Wirer to join our Controls & Automation team. This role offers hands‑on experience in manufacturing and wiring motor control panels, working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Role: You will be responsible for assembling and constructing control panels, completing full wiring according to schematic diagrams. While training will be provided, candidates will be expected to demonstrate essential wiring skills and knowledge as outlined in the job specification.

Key Duties
  • Assemble and construct motor control panels.
  • Complete full wiring according to schematic layout diagrams.
  • Test and ensure panels meet quality and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Controls & Automation team to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Skills & Profile
  • Practical experience in panel wiring or electrical assembly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team.
