Job Description

Pallet Repair Operative
Shift:Monday to Friday - rotating days (week one 6am-2pm, week two 2pm-10pm)
Salary:£26,741.75 + 20% Shift Allowance=£32,090 + Targeted Production Bonus.
Location:South Ockendon RM15 6RL


Salary can increase up to £28,961 + 20% Shift = £34,753 when on the highest grade

Job Description

Position Purpose:

  • Inspect and repair pallets using hand tools and applying safe working practices.
  • Able to work consistently to quality standards in a fast-paced target driven production
  • Ability to work with automation and new technologies.
